Eat, Sweet, Repeat
Eat, Sweet, Repeat began as a food truck in late 2022 with the idea that great desserts should come on a food truck, just as great and unique foods do! As someone with an insatiable sweet tooth, Kathryn, the owner of Eat, Sweet, Repeat, is always on the search for a good dessert when visiting a food truck, and so the idea was born!
Kathryn spent her past 7 years working as a professional dog trainer and has always enjoyed helping people and their dogs enjoy life more through improving their relationships. Throughout her childhood, teenage years, college, and journey as a professional dog trainer, baking has always been a constant. As a young teenager, she went through an entire book of cupcake recipes, baking every single recipe in sequential order (even ones that maybe didn’t appeal to a teenage palate!), just to gain practice! Through years of practicing recipes, holiday baking sprees, and testing recipes with friends and family for her food truck, Kathryn has a whole host of fantastic brownie, bar, muffin, cake, pie, and cheesecake recipes!
You can still find Kathryn out on the Eat, Sweet, Repeat food truck for various events, and is extremely excited to be joining the Little Blue Bakehouse team!Outside of baking, Kathryn is a dog lover and pit bull advocate. She enjoys traveling in her free time and hopes to visit all the National Parks in the USA.
