I'm owner/baker, Andrew McCook. From selling cookies and lemonade as a child to earning a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University to even baking on Netflix with my sister, I've always known this is what I want to do, and this bakery is a realization of the dream I've been building. My hope for this company is to provide good quality pastries that bring a smile to people's faces. Having been told for most of my adult life that I'm the spitting image of Paul Bunyon, the bakery named itself. Now I want to bring a little of that Northern flair to my community and share my passion with you all!
